Inside Project 2025 Training Videos

The Project 2025 videos coach future appointees on everything from the nuts and bolts of governing to how to outwit bureaucrats. There are strategies for avoiding embarrassing Freedom of Information Act disclosures and ensuring that conservative policies aren’t struck down by “left-wing judges.” Some of the content is routine advice that any incoming political appointee might be told. Other segments of the training offer guidance on radically changing how the federal government works and what it does.

Trump Media Quietly Enters Deal With Self Serving Republican Donor

There was a mystery at the center of the deal: One of the companies on the other side of the transaction, which went unmentioned in Trump Media’s press release but was named in securities filings, is an obscure entity called JedTec LLC. Based in a North Louisiana village, the company has virtually no public footprint and no website, and it is unknown to streaming technology experts.

How Low Can Bob Main Go

there is no question Main knew what he was doing with that dog whistle, “access to kids!” Some of his buddies in the audience reacted as Main expected with nasty comments about keeping hands off children, etc…. It was probably the dirtiest thing I have ever witnessed him do and in my opinion it was a threat to the school as well.

Rod Taylor’s lack of ethics on full display

Taylor had a responsibility to disclose the controversial nature of Frank’s “research.” When a prosecutor presents a witness with a checkered past they must disclose that past to the jury, for example. While Taylor probably didn’t bother to vet Frank in advance of inviting him to Coos County I personally, as did many others, notified him of Frank’s deficiencies. Additionally, I requested that a rebuttal be given the same 15 minutes afforded to Frank.

Rod Taylor humiliates himself and endangers county staff

Our election-denying, January 6th insurrectionist county commissioner thoroughly humiliated himself last week when he imposed his pet conspiracy theory on the regular board meeting. Before I explain let me remind everyone of the harassment our county clerk and elections staff endured during the 2022 election cycle and how Rod Taylor refused to take any responsibility for the ill-treatment perpetrated by members of his organization

Orange is the new red.

Every self respecting democracy loving American should make it a point to attend these meetings, first and third Tuesdays in Coquille, and I would suggest wearing an orange tie to support the former president doing his time in Riker’s Island or at the very least on house arrest with an ankle monitor.

Shocking Email Raises Questions About Rod Taylor’s Cognition

Peviously we’ve explored whether the commissioner is studiously obtuse but Taylor’s continued allegiance can only be attributed to a serious cognitive decline or more likely a deeply dishonest character. After all, Taylor is an admitted January 6 insurrectionist which makes him a guntoting traitor to his country.

Slippery Bob Caught In Lie on Social Media

…it’s no secret Main and I don’t agree on much of anything and I especially find his simpering and pandering to the MAGA extremist crowd and how he uses his platform as a county commissioner to bash liberal perspectives to be both divisive and offensive.

Slippery Bob Blames Democrats And George Soros For County Ills

Main spent most of the forum boasting about past accomplishments and criticizing liberal policies for not allowing the county to be clear-cut. While the county commission is a nonpartisan position, he has been in the habit of bashing liberals and Democrats during his commissioner comments board meetings.

Signs Against “Safety” Levy Popping Up

Sheriff Gabe Fabrizio, along with District Attorney Paul Fraxier and Coos County Commissioner John Sweet have been urging city councils, civic groups, political organizations and more to support the levy. All this while Fabrizio completely ignores charges of gender bias that allowed an accused rapist, Jason Snelgrove, to escape without even an interrogation.

Will recall make the ballot?

Melodrama at Coquille City Hall

Building a clean energy economy to fuel local jobs

This is great and kind of funny because I have been joking for a long time with friends that we need a cross between Greenpeace and the Teamsters Union right here in Coos County. What these groups are acknowledging is that single focus groups can bring their issues together toward a broader concept, even one as drastic as re-envisioning how the economy works.

FERC asked to undertake supplemental NEPA analysis of Jordan Cove as an “export” facility

FERC conditioned its preliminary approval of the Jordan Cove/Pacific Connector project on the fact that it will be used to import “needed” foreign natural gas to the Western States. In April, Port of Coos Bay CEO Jeff Bishop took out an ad that helped confirm the worst fears of LNG opponents and property owners combined, that the real goal is to export.

Plaintiff’s election lawsuit unwarranted

Dangerous extremist not suited to serve

Dangerous extremist not suited to serve

Taylor holds the false opinion that the federal government cannot own land, notably the highly coveted and timber rich Coos Bay Wagon Road (CBWR) lands. Taylor’s belief has been thoroughly debunked here and by legal scholars across the country but to date I haven’t seen that he has made a retraction to correct the false statements he has made during his campaign.
