Is there a rule in oregon law that controls how many commissioners there are? For one, I had thought that partisanship had no place on the board. Obviously this is a problem. And for two, would partisanship be less of a problem if we had more commissioners? And three, what about term limits? And four, what about rules requiring partisans to leave their partisan hats outside of the room?
Bob used to be a nice guy, what the hell happened to him?

Hi Mary

I watched franks presentation. I was a research analyst, economist and forecaster for years. It bothered me a lot to see how he took data trends that were easily explainable and tried to make it into something nefarious. His 6th order polynomial is something a high school student could pull off. LMK if you need any help with the data side of this.

I was there when Bob main interrupted professor Grimmer about us be democrat or republican. After a few minutes of this, i jumped in loudly from the back of the room and said, “We are a Democratic Republic “!
The bickering stopped. Anyone who took civics or poly sci would know it.
I wanted to ask Mr. Frank how many Sharpies he used to invent his graphs.
