One wonders why these councils and boards even bother with the interview process… it seems all a sham as the “chosen one” is known to all well in advance.
David Koch has been named CEO of the International Port of Coos Bay permanently replacing former CEO Jeff Bishop who left to manage the City of Blanchard, Oklahoma. Koch was being groomed by Bishop to take the reins and so we are likely to see more of the same tactics like we saw last year when the Port lied about an emergency with a shipper, Roseburg Forest Products.
Perhaps Mark didn’t like the source of this article, he never commented on my posts elsewhere, asking others why it is okay for the local paper never to report one word of the fact they lied, right to his face, and ours on film.
