County Clerk Teri Turri performed the official swearing in today for DA Paul Frasier, Surveyor Mike Dado and Treasurer Mary Barton. Before a packed courtroom all three commission positions were sworn in, an unprecedented event in Coos County history.
John Sweet assured me that he would not be implementing one of the PSU recommendations to hire an “director” because he said the people spoke loud and clear and he hopes to keep the job for the next two years.
