Kudos to The World coverage of campaign finances

The World has reported on the $5,000 CCAP campaign contribution to Hillsboro Senator Bruce Starr
who enabled the towboat bill last spring.

The CCAP was formed by Joe Benetti, Jon Barton, Al Pettit, Ron Stuntzner and John Knutson
