This weekend I had the great privilege to sit with a dear friend tired after a long bout with cancer as she settled in to pass on.
My heart is with you Norine and I will forever be grateful for our too short friendship and for the wonderful teachings you passed on to me.
You could not have picked a more gloriously beautiful weekend to ascend.
Peace be upon you.
This post published at 6:19, almost her exact passing. She must have been whispering to me and I am so grateful to her. What a gift.
Hoka hey
Hoka Hey was something the legendary Sioux warrior Crasy Horse was shouting while going to war. “Hokay hey” can be interpreted as “It is a good time to die!” or “This is a good day to die.”
And like you said M, she picked an absolutely glorious day.
Peace be upon you as well M. We should all have such a dear dear friend when our end time comes. You made it possible for her to live, on her terms, in her time.
Hoka Hey !!
Dear Norine.
