What a wonderful day! Spectacular weather combined with a long, fast bike ride and that glorious endorphin rush that always accompanies pushing to sweaty extremes. It is tough being an adrenalin junkie when the weather doesn’t cooperate but I made up for it today and am now enjoying that tingly afterglow complete with twitchy quads and hamstrings. Yes! Am feeling pretty smug and satisified.
Plus, my cup has runneth over today with tidbits and goodies relating to the local recall campaigns, pro and con. Lots to sort out.
Reports are good for more sun and fun. Everyone enjoy their weekend.

The World community appears to be quite excited about her appointment. They go as far as to describe her as a bored “Hen” cooking up a mean batch of cookies accompanied by party punch, who has served as Fred’s bed warmer for the better part of the past 2 years. Fred would be I assume the brother of the Port’s lobbyist, Ex. Senator Messerle.
A very nice way to put an extra 100K in the pocket’s of the impoverished Messerle family.
I was thankful for the reminder of who I am not voting for.
You all have to read Jon Bartons’ Missus today in the World. I am always amazed at their indifference to the knowledge we all KNOW now who they are. She actually brags that he was on the Airport Board and is responsible for the new, beautiful terminal.

It is an excellent read and hard to put down, the second chapter later on goes into more detail about the Dunes and…. the airport terminal!!! In fact, I have quoted from it in some of my columns.
