In response to President Bush’s claims that Congress had seen the same intelligence, Dianne Feinstein D-CA ordered an investigation through the Congressional Research Service. The report disagrees. I am still wading through this but effectively, Congress is shown finished ‘intelligence products’. Citing security concerns even the PDB ( presdident’s daily briefing) are withheld. More as I absorb this but obviously, it is the ‘finishing’ that is at issue. Read the report in toto
