An established volunteer coordinator resigned suddenly yesterday citing a hostile work environment and accusing supervisors of political sabotage. Also departed recently are the finance director who has moved to Portland and the public relations director who plans to return to school.
ORCCA Executive Director Mike Lehman supplied a list of pending grants to support claims made in The World newspaper but there are discrepancies with other documents obtained by MGx which need to be examined before publishing.
Another board meeting, another snow job by Lehman. Rumor has it that more complaints have hit the board regarding Lehman and Douglas but since Lehman runs the board nothing is done. Staff knows to lay low or they will be next. Douglas wanted to get rid of Susannah from the day she wrote Douglas up and she hated Cintia from the day she started. Once again, she has gotten rid of two more, she gets her way and the organization suffers.
