With FERC scoping, regarding the Coos Bay LNG Export Terminal, scheduled for August 27th, the Citizen’s Against LNG have invited us to their brainstorm meeting to review issues we may want to bring up during scoping. They will be coming up with a guide to help people with testimony and oral comments during scoping. If you would like to attend, the meeting is this Monday, August 20, at the North Bend Library from 7:00-9:00 PM. It will be in the small meeting room, but if the room becomes too full, will move to the larger room where we had the 99% Spring event last April. From this meeting we should have some additional information to share at the General Assembly scheduled for 6:00 PM on Wed. the 22nd in the shelter on the Coos Bay Boardwalk.
