Occupy Coos Bay will be meeting at the Coos Bay Boardwalk at 11 AM to discuss national and local strategies for enacting necessary changes our elected leaders can’t seem to make on our behalf.

UPDATE Meeting new people and exchanging contact information and setting up new times and places to discuss local national issues was one of the many benefits attending the Occupy Coos Bay meetup but the most exciting and uplifting part was the incredible positive response from the traffic and pedestrians. There were constant honks and whistles and cheers of support for the people standing with their signs protesting social security cuts, healthcare, the war and tax and income inequity. People are fired up!
