In a letter dated June 25, 2010, Chief Counsel, Sean Riddell of the Criminal Justice Division advised they found “…no evidence to support Mr Stufflebean’s claims, which if true, would rise to the level of criminal conduct. We see no need for further investigation”.
The letter apologizes for inconveniencing the department but gives no hint as to whether it plans to penalize Stufflebean for wasting everyone’s time and money. Stufflebean, meanwhile, is reported to be refusing comment citing he has yet to read the report. ‘The report’ is three paragraphs and I read it under a minute and part is copied here and was copied to the commissioner. Maybe an apology would be in order…
Let’s not forget Stufflebean also accused Larry Van Elsberg of corruption in the road department. Van Elsberg was cheered but not surprised by the AG’s findings and noted that the accusations against the road department were also vague and said, “desperate people do desperate things”.
I pray they replace me with one of the laid off workers.I am so proud Andy won his battle with The Stufflebean.. Last I heard is they may bring back four laid off employees. The only problem is,they want to bring them back part time. What I understand is Greg Baxter the teamsters union Rep, will come down from Portland as the Union Rep. Truthfully I have no faith in him.I have always been a Union employee but if you have talked to the people left there and they have no faith in the Union. It bothers me that we have been dumped by the Union. If they bring them back part time, it is a breach of contract. Our contract says you work full time or not at all.The reason being is it is like contracting out jobs that is illegal. They are getting away with what ever they want to do. I hope one of the guys steps up to the plate and hits a home run. I know they are afraid of loosing their jobs, and I have talked with most of them and they are very Intimated.I will do what I can to back up my co-workers and help put the screws to the Lying Hawaiian, of course I’m not talking about one person. LOL Just my own expression and could be talking about anyone. But you get the drift.I am pursuing my Music career as I have played Guitar since I was five years old. Going on fifty eight and that is my passion. I loved the road Dept. for so many years. What a shame it has come to this. Like I said, things will change. They fired one of my best co-workers, because he spoke up and said what was on his mind. A good friend and a wonderful co-worker.I think it would be an asset to talk with him. themguys is right, I think the county is ripe for some change and Nikki looks like as big a fool as Kevin now because she allied herself with him for so long.

Thank you Mary for the Info. This really should really be a wake up call for our community. I think the Lying Hawaiian is on the run now. I also think the road Dept, will be on the mend. The stress and my physical disability of being Injured on the job bums me out.I did love my job. I would have stayed on the job, but it got to be so bad I couldn’t stand to go to work. I left because of physical disabilities, and will probably go for Social security disability. I truly loved my job. They made it so hard that I couldn’t take more of their B.S. I am very pleased with the out come of Andy’s out come with his Dept. He has my vote,and all of my family’s vote, and Larry’s vote. I truly think we will succeed. This reminds me of the Patriot.
