My inbox has runneth over with tidbits about the vitriolic Mr Bice and by extension Bicoastal Media. Having lived here five years now I guess I should have been more up on this but I never listen to AM radio. Evidently, the Bice show is an entertainment program and Bice is not known for taking responsibility for anything he says on the air. Chances of him accepting my challenge are nil, he will probably just use it as a way to spin more venom and excite or incite whomever listens to him.
Bicoastal, apparently couldn’t care less if people are slandered, businesses maligned or groups misrepresented and assume they have covered their ass with a disclaimer.
They will happily accept advertising dollars for the bother, however, so the best recourse is not to patronize businesses that advertise on this show (or station) if you find the programming offensive. Additionally, and this has worked in other media markets, write the advertiser and tell them why you will not buy their products or use their services. A similar talk show character in the San Francisco area was finally dropped after advertisers, pressured by the public, pulled their ads.
Nevertheless, the challenge still stands. Let’s see if he has the cajones to take it or if he just shoots his wad attacking people without ever having the guts to, you know, call ’em first. This is just an observation from an obvious outsider but Coos County has a fairly large contingent of blow hard pussies for such a small population.
Anyway, that is enough energy wasted on him and I advise the rest of you that have been one of his targets to stay off the AM dial.
Oh Cajun,rising to the occasion has not been a part of that old dogs’ life for such a long, sad time. Obviously he’s compensating for his inability to actually have an adult conversation with a mature woman. A secure man has no problem speaking to women. He’s scared to death to be found out for the buffoon he is.
No other explanation for a grown man to rip apart a public figure as he did with M. For an hour, without any attempt to give his ‘victim’ a chance to respond or ask him questions to show his ignorance of any issue.
He’s so insecure he has to screen his calls, what a wimp.
M is correct, the mans’ only listeners are hunters and fishermen who want information.
The rest of his BS? They laugh at him behind his back, and that’s a fact.
Thanks, den, but I am very selective who I associate with or give interviews to. With no editorial policy in force at Bicoastal, Bice is not held accountable for his actions and therefore it wouldn’t be a level playing field.
The people who would listen to him probably aren’t going to listen to another side anyway and why legitimize him by appearing on his show?
The other opportunity is to be a “guest” on his next Monday afternoon show. Now there is a cajones move. Take a friend.
