Apparently, CPD lost an officer today when Randy Ulmer resigned after it was discovered he was converting seized or confiscated property to personal use. While it is too bad about Randy (even if he can’t tell the difference between three feet and seventeen feet), I must say that Dannels has heretofore kept to his guns and obviously will not tolerate impropriety on the force.
