People are innocent until proven guilty – sadly, some in Coquille behave as if merely stating an accusation makes it true and condemn and cast stones without regard to the damage they might be doing to fellow citizens. Suzy Fields, speaks here…

My name is Suzy Fields and I feel I need to write a letter and publicly clarify something.
I was arrested in a SCINT STING recently. My name was publicized in some of the local papers, along with details of my arrest.
Since then the charges against me have been dismissed.
I just want everyone to know for me and my famly’s sake that I am innocent.
I declared my innocence from the beginning and my family has stood behind me.
What bothers me is how mean and spiteful some people have been about this. They have used this to drag my name and my families name through the mud. I always thought in America a person was supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.Sincerely,
