State Rep Wayne Krieger now after restrictions on medical marijuana
Rep Wayne Krieger lost an attempt earlier this year to empower law enforcement to stop motorists individually or by road block without cause when public opposition kept the bill from even making it half way through the legislative process. Now, Krieger along with two other former Oregon state troopers turned lawmakers want to “cut the amount of medical marijuana patients and growers can have on hand, give police greater access to confidential lists of cardholders, and make it harder for minors to use the drug”.
