This is just a heads up that tomorrow morning beginning at 9AM the commissioners will be holding a work session to discuss giving Jordan Cove a twenty year property tax exemption in the commissioners’ courtroom #121. Try to be there if you can, it will be worth attending just to see what types of questions the commissioners ask or don’t ask. Since two of our commissioners, John Sweet and Melissa Cribbins, are running for reelection and planning on taking the strategic planning skills they learned from the coach they recently engaged, this will be an opportunity to assess their critical thinking skills.
Ha Wassup… These people haven’t a clue what it means to have a public discussion or a public process. They think letting these BSr’s run around spewing Jordan Cove’s tax scam is somehow all that is needed.
Public Officials can be held personally liable for knowingly participating and/or deliberately engaging in the misuse of public funds.
By law, aren’t these type of discussions and decision making supposed to be done in regularly scheduled commissioners meetings with the public invited and allowed to participate in the decision making?
If the SCDC stooges show any critical thinking skills, it will be used looking for loopholes to give Jordan Cove what they want.
