WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE HOME RULE CHARTER VOICES OF THE VOTERS: MEASURE 6-143
I was one of the chief petitioners for the “Home Rule Charter” in Coos County. During the coarse of about two months I talked to hundreds of people all over the county about the charter. I’d say that at least half the people that signed the petition are angry with government and politics in general. I am too. What with all the corruption, deception and incompetence who wouldn’t be? The government is out to get us and they are going full speed, attacking our liberties and way of life.
This is why I got involved with the Charter. It combats the corruption, deception and incompetence head on. There’s just nothing out there for the citizens right now but the Charter.
There are previsions for County maintenance, provisions for accountability of county officials and it even kicks international agencies through Agenda 21 out of the county and our lives. YEAH !!!
This document just makes too much sense not to vote for it. We need something for the people that stands up for us: makes the day to day affairs run more effectively.
The Charter can’t put good people in office but it can make them accountable for what they do. That right there has my vote.
