Jeffery and Nicole Rank have been awarded a settlement in the amount of $80,000 for being wrongly arrrested while exercising their 1st Amendment rights. This is a victory for those of us still concerned about our civil liberties but was probably regarded as a small price to pay by the government to shield Bush from dissenters
