Judge Richard Barron denied the motion for a retrial filed by Nick McGuffin’s lawyers on all counts. Attorney Shaun McCrea gave a lengthy argument on behalf of her client who attended via video conferencing and the prosecution response was to stand upon their brief in rebuttal to the motion.
