Dan Smith replaced as ORC Chief Operating Officer
IDM International Limited, parent company of Oregon Resources has appointed Wayne Knott as chief operating officer for the US replacing current COO, Dan Smith effective June 1. Knott is said to have extensive management experience. Smith makes a “lateral” career move to a newly appointed position of VP of Business Development.

Most of the management of ORC come from a company tied to Iluka Resources in Georgia and Florida which also is documented to have ignored permit conditions.
