Five days after the Democracy vs The Big Lie debate between Stanford University Professor and election fraud provocateur Douglas Frank, January 6th insurrectionist Rod Taylor used his platform as a county commissioner to impose his pet conspiracy theories on the public. Speaking of the debate held five days earlier Taylor stated

Dr Frank, if you’re not familiar, has a fair bit of math that he has done regarding election integrity and vote trends and calculations and tabulations and so forth and, from my perspective, makes a pretty strong case that there were things suspect in the 2020 election…. a point that was made Thursday is that the objective of an election is to demonstrate to the candidate and his supporters that he was vanquished fairly. We all have to have a profound trust in that system and process… We can’t trust what we don’t understand

Taylor’s inability to understand and apparent lack of curiousity may explain his astonishing gullability. There may be another, more sinister reason Taylor refuses to exam the real data… doing so would force him to admit his participation in the January 6 attempt to overthrow the votes of 80 million Americans was traitorous. For all intents and purposes Taylor is effectively a traitor with a business card.

We need your help. While Geddry is a volunteer effort there are still costs to providing pro-democracy content to Coos County. Your donation will help cover printing costs, web hosting fees, and of course we need to raise money for our noncommercial community radio station to cover the costs of equipment.

Please make your tax deductible donation here because we can’t do this alone.
