Al Pettit, Coos County’s most bombastic motorcycle salesman has followed fellow LNG pitchman, “the walrus”, and written a letter-to-the-editor once again attempting to mislead the public by confusing risk with hazard. Thank goodness there is a permit process to help ensure that proper safeguards can be put into place that address the real hazards to the community or we might end up with a bunch of lawn workers doubling as firemen in the next calamity. Sigh…
Those pink balls of yours are disgusting Pig, but that is beside/between? the point. I agree 100%. Something is going on with the Water Board as well, I don’t know what it is, but it ain’t no good. Tell me Pig, or anyone else, is there indeed a connection to the huge, expensive upgrade currently going on, and the clear-cutting of the WaterBoard Land which surrounds our water source, and the closing of KMart, and this latest snake-oil salesman pimping 700 new homes in a declining population? This is a scam from the gitgo, I just can’t put it all together yet. Just like ORCCA, be patient grasshoppa, and follow the money, works every time.
Anyone with knowledge of this latest “project” please post something, anything to help us stop this latest assault. All neatly tied to LNG.
Couple things…
Loggers battling fires, not many lawn workers & we all Know Al won’t be out there battling fires. He does not have the balls for it. Sheesh & for the Walrus, what would that puss gut be able to offer?
An additional risk / hazard being created as a result of the LNG is the 676 unit Ocean Grove Concentration Camp off of Ocean Blvd. next to K-Mart. 676 low income subsidized triplex housing is Coos Blights idea of economic development? Put the word out to the gang banging projects in LA a new shit hole is coming on line on the Oregon coast. I knew Marshfield was desperate for football players but I never realized they where that desperate!
Danger to the community associated with these type of developments is far greater than the potential LNG Bleve. Not to mention the drain on resources. But hey there is a solution for the drain on resources. Raise Al & Barton’s taxes to subsidize the rent & pay for the food & healthcare. Makes sense.
Look AssHats, use some commonsense. Retires have money to spend. Change the zoning to restrict duplexs, triplexs, trailer trash & manufactured homes. Bring in a big home-builder who specializes in retirement communities. Like Shea homes for example. Well planned communities brings money, nice stores, good food & then specialized businesses who employ professionals at high wages.
But no, instead we have Big Lots to shop at & the two twats Barton & Al destroying the community…
