The World editorial today tries to insult any group seeking the support of local councils and commissions to oppose the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) but instead demonstrates that the effort enjoys widespread support.
People Against NDAA (PANDA for short), is an unlikely combination of political bedfellows, stretching from the Occupy movement to the tea party and beyond.
Wow! Hard to imagine the paper taking in the breadth and depth of disparate Americans joining together in a common cause, and labeling them “beyond”. The editors have managed to insult pretty much everyone today.
Please never forget who that world editorial board is. A publisher who has never been a reporter or editor of anything since college. The food editor. The city editor who a year ago was trying to make a living writing articles about skate boards and melting chocolate. And a has been editor who was recently demoted and who sings off key songs to the LNG god. Winners all!
And who, after they have graduated the eighth grade begins an argument with, “You wouldn’t go to your dentist about a broken leg.”
It goes downhill from there.
