We have been baking gluten free banana bread and cookies lately and today I whipped up my first ever batch of avocado chocolate mousse. Yum! Now to start on the mandatory, (as in my kids insist upon it), cranberry meatballs and cranberry, golden raisin stuffing. This year, I have sworn off meat so my resolve will be sorely tested tomorrow around all these carnivores.
Sounds like Revenge to me M. You better be careful, that Marine ‘knows people’, I don’t think I’d serve him Avocado Mousse at any time, under any circumstances, especially on Thanksgiving. I, quite frankly think it’s madness. But I know one thing, it will be fun, and I’m so sorry I can’t make the feast-wink wink.
