IDM International Limited, parent company of Oregon Resources has requested it be suspended from quotation immediately pending the release of an announcement regarding the Company’s future funding and production options. The company has exceeded its borrowing capacity and exhausted its cash reserves and has been actively working to secure a mineral lease on county forest to potentially collateralize more loans.
According to a letter from the company the suspension is likely to be in effect several weeks, so if you are looking to divest your shares you will have to wait awhile. IDM was trading at .039 per share down from a high of .14 last April when the suspension began.
Oops! Bet the deposits on County lands are the location of the real payday.
Take that Knutson!
