Arne Gundersen, Chief Nuclear Engineer of Fairewinds Associates warns there is an intermittent chain reaction occurring at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant Reactor #1emitting blasts of neutrons.
The Gundersen video is in response to an earlier report indicating that dosimeters used to measure the amount of radiation that workers are receiving do not measure neutron bombardment.
