Kitzhaber narrows gap as more ballots add to vote count UPDATED

In one of the closest gubernatorial races, Republican Chris Dudley’s lead last evening has narrowed and not expected to hold up. With 96% of the precincts reporting the remaining 4% are from districts where Kitzhaber has done well.
