Source advised me the Colby recall group turned petitions into the clerks office today.
Because of the workload associated with ballots going out for the general election, the petitions will not be turned in to the elections office until October 20th, the deadline for valid signatures. Reportedly, the recall committee has over 3,800 signatures and hope to collect an additional 400 as a buffer.
