The American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan which intends to help fund public works to build and maintain our infrastructure hopes to produce 3 million new jobs. In light of this bold new plan reminiscent of FDR’s New Deal, the contrast of our county commissioners to allow our local infrastructure to further deteriorate seems counter intuitive to aiding our depressed economy.
