Richard Wolfe points out the obvious blemishes in Bush’s latest spin on national security. Bush keeps harping that their hasn’t been another terrorist attack on US soil since the well forewarned but ignored 9/11. Yet, Clinton could make the same claim and he managed it without a pre-emptive war… as someone noted, “putting a sign in the yard saying ‘No Elephants’ and then saying ‘See, no elephants since I put up the sign’, well we could all make claims like that.
