Our presidential candidate appears to be chosen by the media
and diversity is not an acceptable quality according to MSNBC and other mainstream media organizations
Judge Charles Thompson’s order declares the state court has jurisdiction over a dispute involving a debate to be held in Las Vegas, “and that this is a matter which affects the public interest.”
The judge decided an initial invitation to Kucinich to debate represented a contract between the candidate and MSNBC, and ruled that if MSNBC doesn’t include Kucinich, it was prohibited from broadcasting the debate.
Kucinich’s lawyer, Bill McGaha of Las Vegas, told the judge on Monday that MSNBC and a Democratic party liaison at first invited Kucinich and then dropped him from the debate.
Campbell said MSNBC decided to go with the top three candidates after the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries.

Olberman just announced the GE lawyers stayed up all night, got to the Nevada Supreme Court and they ruled for NBC, they can eliminate Kucinich from the Dem Debate tonight.
I suppose the Dem Party will object just as mightily as they did in Boston during their convention when the Free Speech Area was a cage with razor wire and an armed cop above them.
My vote will still go to Kucinich, the only Dem with a concience and support of the Constitution.
