Eyes Wide Open, a display memorializing the human cost of war will be in Bandon on the sidewalk in front of the boat dock. Starts at 9AM and ends with a solemn bell ringing ceremony at 7PM.
Oregon’s fallen are represented by boots and the Iraqi people are symbolized with shoes and posters. The Coos Bay exhibit had prayer flags with the names of all the fallen in Iraq and Afghanistan and I believe this will be the case tomorrow.
